Terms and Conditions


1) Partial refunds of a booking for domestic tickets purchased on www.rede-expressos.pt or through the myRNE app will only be accepted upon prior request via the online Refunds menu:

1.1) A refund request made up to twenty-four hours (24h) before the departure time indicated on the outward ticket (in the case of a return journey) is eligible to a refund of 50% of the value of the reservation.

1.2) A request made between twenty-four hours (24h) and three hours (3h) before the departure time indicated on the outward ticket (in the case of a return journey) is eligible to a refund of 25% of the value of the reservation.

1.3) After the above time limits, requests for cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. If you bought your ticket at a ticket office, you must respect the 3-hour advance notice and request cancellation at the ticket office.

2) Passengers who have purchased a ticket for a cancelled service will receive a full refund or can revalidate their ticket free of charge. The refund or revalidation free of charge must be requested using the form available online at https://rede-expressos.pt/en/contacts, option "Complaints".

3) The refund must be for the entire booking, affecting all the tickets on the booking. It is not permitted to request an individual refund for a single ticket.

4) Bookings made for "PLUS" services, marked as "Rede Expressos-Mundial" operator, are eligible for a full refund (100 per cent) and must be requested up to three hours (3h) before the departure time of the one-way ticket.

5) Purchases made at vending kiosks, on-board sales (mPOS), Pagaqui, Payshop, Call Center and online partners [BusBud, Omio, Distribusion, etc.] are not subject to cancellation and refund.

6) Revalidated transport tickets are not subject to cancellation or refund.

7) Partial refunds due to cancellation, requested until 28/04/2024, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the value of the transport ticket when requested up to three hours (3h) before the departure time indicated on the ticket, the presentation of which is mandatory.

INTERNATIONAL LINES:

1) In the event of cancellation, the company shall return the full ticket amount to the Traveller if requested to do so within 48 hours prior to the service. If the cancellation is requested between 48 and 24 hours in advance, the Company will refund the ticket minus 10%. If the cancellation is requested within less than 24 hours in advance and up to 2 hours prior to the time of departure, the applicable deduction will be 20% of the ticket price.

2) Promotional (promo) tickets are valid only for the date and time of departure marked on them. No changes or cancellations are allowed regarding such tickets.
